We mainly offer the reduction and/or elimination of corporate fixed costs based on the tailored execution of related Accounting and Administrative Activities; such as the following:
Salaries and Wages
- Preparation of work contracts and follow-up of their expiry dates
- Preparation of monthly remuneration and bonuses settlements based on the information provided by the companies (attendance, commissions, additional bonuses, discounts, etc)
- Determination of the net amount payable
- We issue checks and/or make deposits of net pay checks or agreed advances payments in checking accounts
- We keep Personnel Files with: up-to-date work contracts, background of dependent relative authorizations, contracts signed with Pension Fund Administrators (AFP), Social Security Institution (Essalud) and any other information that the company defines as important
- Calculation of severance compensations
- Issuance of the official payroll book via PDT
- Calculation of regular employment income tax
- Preparation and payment of contributions to the AFP pension funds
- • Payment and sending to the SUNAT tax information via PDT
- We take the necessary steps to obtain sick leaves
- Issuance of annual certificates of regular employment income.
- We keep a vacation control system
Professional Fees
- Preparation of service contracts for fees
- Preparation of the Register of Fees
- Calculation of the withholding tax, which will be included in the Monthly Tax Return
- Issuance of Annual Self-Employment Income Tax Certificates
